Our main focus is in delivering quality, reliable, and honest service to our customers. NES invests in ongoing, state of the art training and education for each of our Service Technicians. We are the only Service Company in Whatcom County that uses a national Flat Rate System, which means you always know what what your repair costs before you authorize any repairs,, and you will not be charged more simply because the technician takes longer than normal. Where most service companies guarantee their parts for 90 days, we offer a full year on replaced parts.
